Well at least her recipe anyway. My sister is quite the amateur chief, she was one of those teenaged girls who liked to through dinner parties back in the day. A few Thanksgivings ago she entered a contest run by Regus and Kelly Show (Well it was Regus and somebody, I can’t keep track of these things). I should post about it some other time (need to go smile and go do some science). Long an short of is that she was a finalist and got to present her dish on the show.
The bug bit her again and she submitted one of here recipes to Epicurious.com for their tenth anniversary contest (yes they have been around that long). If you look on their main page you will see a link for the contest, in case it doesn’t change try here and click on the April Seafood contest. Her entry is the “Spicy Indian Fish with Fresh Herb Yogurt Sauce.” Try it! Sounds very nice. You can vote once a day (though I have a hunch if you clear out there cookie you could vote more than once a day, haven’t tried). We’d like to see her get a higher rating. Never thought I would be campaigning for a family member, by heck she’s worth it.
